Guidelines

A minimum of 80% attendance is required to be eligible to sit for the final examinations.
Any child who fails TWICE in the same class will under no circumstances be permitted to remain in the school. The decision of the school authorities regarding promotion is final and will not be reconsidered, nor will there be any retest.
A fine of Rs. 10/- will be levied for the loss of a report Card. Parents are to return the Report Cards after signing. All test notebooks are sent home regularly and parents are required to sign every test as an indication that they are aware of their child’s progress in the school.
Parents should check the school diary daily for new information.
Parents / guardians or other persons may NOT meet their children or any staff member during school hours without the written permission of the Principal.
Parents are expected to visit the school regularly for the functions and encourage their children to participate in all co-curricular activities which form an integral part of the school education programme.
Parents are requested to give a notice of minimum three months from the date of intended withdrawal, failing which 3 months fees will be forfeited / charged. The decision of the Principal in this respect is not open to question.
The school reserves the right to change its admission procedure from time to time without notice.
