Registration forms are available from the month of December
every year. Admissions are normally made in
February-March against existing vacancies on
the basis of entrance tests and interviews.
Registration may be closed at any time at the
discretion of the school management.
REGISTRATION does
not guarantee admission, which will be subject
to suitability of the candidate and availability
of vacancies.
The complete Admission form must be sent
along with the registration fee and the following
documents which are required as a part of the
Admission procedure for every student applying
at SRMPS
1. ATTESTED BIRTH CERTIFICATE
– Attested photocopy
of the Birth Certificate. The original copy
must be brought to the school at the time of
admission. This will be returned after verification.
The Birth Certificate should be issued by the
Registrar of Births and Deaths of the area in
which the child was born. Affidavits, certificates
from the hospitals, or any other person will
not be accepted.
2. TRANSFER CERTIFICATE,
CHARACTER CERTIFICATE – A valid Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate
issued by the Principal from the last school
attended must be submitted on the joining day,
failure to which the admission will remain provisional.
3. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE –
All new entrants are required to produce a medical
certificate certifying that they are free from
any contagious and infectious disease, epilepsy,
and are otherwise physically fit to be admitted
to a residential school. The parents will have
to give an undertaking in writing to this effect.
If the child is found unfit, the admission will
stand cancelled.
4. PHOTOGRAPHS
– Three recent passport-sized photographs
are required to be submitted by each new student.
