Job Summary
The Pre-Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the pre-primary education program in the school, ensuring the curriculum is developmentally appropriate and aligned with the school’s educational goals. The role includes supporting, training, and guiding pre-primary teachers, managing student development, and fostering strong relationships with parents. The Pre-Primary Coordinator is a key figure in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Qualification: A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred). Additional certifications in child development or educational leadership are a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of [3-5 years of experience teaching in a pre-primary setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or coordinating role.

Qualifications and Experience
• Educational Qualification:

1–3 years of experience teaching art to children or young adults (preferred). Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
